So I've been working out 3 years now on and off. Above average physique, 5'11 165 lbs. Nice, toned body. Nothing too serious but I look like a guy who works out. Now my question is, how crucial are BCAA's. I've basically plateaued now. Will they drastically increase my performance and looks, or are they just another average product like creatine. I'm obviously not expecting it to magically give me an unbelievable body, but will I notice the progress. Creatine hasn't really had an affect on me to be completely honest.
And by the way, I'm not one of those serious people who have 6 meals a day and calculate macro's and shit. I'm just an average guy who works out.
