It feels kinda like a bruise when I press on it, if I drew a circle around my stomach it would be at the height where the top of my pelvis ends, it hurts when I'm bending over at work (weeding/weed whacking, sometimes picking up stuff when I bend with my back, the pain isn't exacerbated by additional weight eg picking up rocks with bad form it's persisted for over a month it's right on the spine and feels like it's on the bottom of one of the discs, any suggestions??

Dls are fine, squats I've had to complerely stop until I can go to my local powerlifting gym

just because they call themselves a powerlifting gym, doesnt mean theyre qualified to teach anybody anything let alone squatting

Ok then suggest me another place to go zzz everything is soooo negative with u guys, I trust that someone who can squat 770 knows how to squat well enough to be able to reteach me.how to squat.
