I'm first questioning the forum about tips, pointers, and otherwise helpful suggestions about point functions for your overhead arms and hip stability while in bottom positions. What your concentration is on during? I'm misguiding the description because I don't know how to phrase this.

Secondly, stretches or non squatting exercises to work joints flexibility during squat rom... Lunges for example. Maybe.. something sport related that I'm not familiar with.

Have a straight back, flex stomach, and look straight or up.
Slowly down and a bit faster up will be just good.
All the way down or "ass to grass."

And for the love of everything loveable in man, dont use a pad.
The pad makes you look like a voulcher and wrecks your form.

keep everything tight and hold that bar over your head.

stretch. do child's pose on floor. hold arms over head and press them against a wall while bent over slightly. open up the chest and shoulders. stretch hips and back. practice super mans religiously.
