I can't find the video anymore but it's basically doing 300 pushups in a day (like 30 pushups every 30 minutes or so) and 300 sit ups in a day for like a month. I would like to know if someone has already this this out and if so what was your experience like? I would like to start this out, should I take like a day break and is it important to have a day off?

Because I don't have a gym membership and I can only do so much with 2 dumbells and a duffle bag

I already do deadlift with it, by bench I'm guessing you mean benchpress? how can I bench press with a small duffle bag?

If you absolutely can't get to a gym, this is certainly better than nothing. I would work on different variations of pushups, though.
