Hi guys I'm looking for a good weight loss plan and I already have all the lifting I need done but what I want is a meal plan and what I should buy to encourage a better burning plan for me. I'm also trying to keep all my lifts at the same amount. So basically I want to get lean and strong not fat and strong. I currently weigh around 193 lbs, 16 years old and these are my current lifts

190 Bench 3x5
245 Squat 3x5
135 Clean 3x5
245 Deadlift 3x5

I am looking to keep those up or even increase the weight towards those lifts and get fit also. I currently have a decent shoulder and arm piece but I am wanting to get some abs and look good.

What should I buy to get a goal or physique I want?

Should I take Creatine, fat burners? I use Musclepharm combat protein for right now. Haven't been using it because I don't Want to use it till I know my goals correctly.

What are the vitamins I should be taking? I currently take none.

What lifts are best to do to get abs or should I lose weight first?

How much should I run? How many days?

Thank you for looking and please help me if possible guys!

If you're not in a rush to get the body of your dreams then go legit and don't take any supplements because you don't really need them. (When my brother finished with cadets he was ripped and he never took any supplements or vitamins)

Try to do morning runs, I'm going to do my first morning run at 6 AM (it's 5:26AM at the time I post this) and do a try run, I prefer to run around something so like around the parc. So just do circles until you can't, take a break and walk while doing lunges, every 5 or so steps do 3 lunges and when you think you're ready then go again.

As for the abs, for future reference, the less body fat you have the more your abs show and make sure to do planks that will make your abs look better and not crooked.

I forgot to mention I also lift in the morning because football is coming around the corner, so I am lifting morning and after school. I could run around 5? Is that the best possible thing for me to do? To get lean of course/

doesnt matter at what time you do cardio, to lose weight you have to consume less calories than you burn (includes base metabolism+exercise related)

creatine will make it harder to get abs cuz of the amount of liquids u need. i usually run creatine during bulks and cycle off during cuts. fat burner = expensive black coffee

keep lifting weights (stay heavy intensity). work abs after regular lifting (3 times a week - heavy weights). caloric deficit (throw in cardio post work out hiit style/eat less calories). eat clean
