If you're not in a rush to get the body of your dreams then go legit and don't take any supplements because you don't really need them. (When my brother finished with cadets he was ripped and he never took any supplements or vitamins)

So just do circles until you can't, take a break and walk while doing lunges, every 5 or so steps do 3 lunges and when you think you're ready then go again.
