As much as you can handle.

Here's a loose recommendation:
10+ minutes of high intensity or 30+ minutes of low intensity, most days of the week.

seriously... you say it yourself and still manage to fuck it up.

How can one answer your question if one does not know how much and what you eat?

its possible to cut weight without doing any cardio, the more u eat over your deficit amount, the more cardio you gotta do

Need to count calories to really know, but my advice is at least 15 minutes running every day. If you can't run, do 25 minutes walking, 5 minutes running and gradually increase how much you run (1 minute each week). Don't give up no matter how much your body feels like quitting, just push through to the end because you CAN do it. My friend who is 6'0" ~300 lbs could do 5 minutes of running when he started at the gym with 0 fitness. He can do 15 like a champ now.

Trying to lose some fats plural or just some fat?

Run until you can't run anymore, then keep running.

LISS is just the best. Doesn't strain in the least, not a burden on leg days either, and doesn't make you wanna kill yourself for having to do it.

Incline steady walk on the mill.
