It wasn't like excruciating but it was painfully annoying enough that I quit the workout after I felt that sensation about 2-3 reps in a row, but I did continue other workouts just fine so idk maybe I was just stretching the hammy's a little too far or something.
But it has done this to me the past two times I've done Romanian Deadlifts. Maybe need to stretch a little better? idk, it's always gonna be in my mind now when doing RDL's
