Hey guys. I'm looking for a home workout routine that is pretty well rounded. I'd love to be able to go to the gym but my anxiety really gets in the way of it. So for now, I'd like to make a start by doing it at home.

I'm 5'6, roughly 110 pounds.

I have 10 Lbs and 7 Lbs dumbells to work with, I can get others if I need to!

I'm extremely inexperienced with this kind of thing, so if you just list the name of the exercise, I can just look it up and figure it out from there.

How many sets and reps should I do with each exercise, and what exercises should I do for a well rounded workout?

Looking to gain some muscle mass, since I have virtually none.

If there's anything I didn't address let me know!

I appreciate the help.

5'6 110 lbs....

Uwotm8?

Dude, you need to eat literally everything in sight, then hit the gym, and then consume everything in sight again, rinse/repeat.

Check out bb forums for various workouts/exercises, and just remember everyone starts somewhere, no point in letting your anxiety get to you.

So much this. Find a friend to go to the gym with, regardless of their fitness level. Y'all will be better off working out together.

A good starting workout is the Stronglifts 5x5 if you can get into a gym.

when i was 19ish i was super skinny too. stiill have my routine saved from that time, it's a 4-day split and requires maybe $100 worth of equipment (mostly dbs) so far it's helped 2 of my friends (about your same stature) start building muscle and get into working out

pm me if you want the link

dips
push-ups
chinups
1 legged squat
jumps
leg raises
planks

Only need a chinup bar and 2 chairs which you can do dips on the top. I did it for my first 7 months of training and I gained 10-12 lbs and a lot of strength. when I started I could only do 20 dips to failure and after 7 months I could do 50 dips and I benched 185 on my first day.
