Hey, I'm 22 years old and student.
I go in the gym like 2 times a week for about 5 years now, but i just did it for fun and not really serious.
Now i want to get abit more muscles and lose some weight.
I'm 186 CM and my weight is 88 KG.
I'm happy with my Biceps and Triceps and legs, i dont want to look like a body builders and i don't have the motivation for that aswell.

I'D just ask what to do to get abit more muscle power and lose some weight.
Also I'm not sure about what to eat when.
Low carb high fat? Low fat high carb? I don't understand what's the best way.

stick with your routine or no gainz
count your calories and macronutrients, find out what they should be for your goals

For strength, I'm not sure what your goals are. You'll have to be a bit more specific...otherwise just do a generic PPL routine (Google "beginner PPL workout" and pick one).

chicken with rice and veggies or do chicken with poptarts and ice cream
both are healthy as fuq
