Lump behind my neck on the left side, right near the hair line. Not really concerned of the lump but I can't turn my neck

Are we talking behind the ear or on the back of the head like near where your spine goes to your skull? If it's that big that you can't move your neck definitely get it checked. Is it hard or soft? Does it hurt or is it tender?

It's on the left side of my neck slightly behind my ear. I think it's tender but it painful when I move my neck, even with the most slightest movement

Yeah exactly what I had. My physical therapist fixed that shit for me.

Get that tissue massage to break that shit up bro.
