So today at work, we were demolitioning a house that had burned last year, the owners had salvaged all they wanted so we were free to take what we liked, as my boss is tossing the steel with the excavator to seperate, I notice a 100% clean as shit perfect Olympic Barbell... So I jump into the rubbish, and what do I find? 4x 45's 4x35's, 4x25's, 4x10's, 4x5's, 4x2.5's.....

All super godly condition looked like their off the fucking factory line never used, time to start dat der home gym collection.

I guess if I don't sell it my best direction would be to purchase/or make a power rack?

Also forgot to mention I found an ez-curl bar aswell

Do you have space for a power rack or bench press?

Empty garage?

It's a fucken hassle putting things together than having to

disassemble knowing that you are moving.

If you have the extra space, if you don't plan on moving anytime

soon, make a home gym.

After a few hours of dinner, bang out a few sets

I forget what these are called but on the flat bench, do 5 sets of 5

5 second reps on the way down, explode it up.

I'd started with 95s (25s on each side), slow, decelerating reps on

the way down. Entire chest will be sore the next day
