At a glance... Avoid extensive cardio activity but cardiovascular strength is important, which can be covered later (circuit training). Focus on heavy lifting (primarily push and pull routines) at about 8 to 10 reps is good. For muscle and strength building, pyramid style sets are ideal. Rest about three minutes between sets.
Diet wise... Calories is what you'll need with good quality protein.
body classification is outdated and useless other than to describe the general build of someone. metabolic rates dont vary so drastically that people just literally cant gain or lose weight unless there is a metabolic disturbance. circuit training doesnt really provide any cardiovascular benefit, the HR-o2 relationship is completely different in circuit training compared to actual cardio work.
