My little brother is 15 years old and in high school. He stretched in height dramatically over the past two years.

He is skinny and tall. He plays a sport (tennis) but I know that high school doesnt offer the greatest meals to their students, so I know he doesnt eat enough.

Aside eating more which is probably the first thing he should do, is there some type of shake I can buy for him to help him gain weight faster? He does play a sport and does regular exercise.

A shake all depends on what is in it. If you put mass gainer powder or ice cream with oats/olive oil/etc. then yeah sure it could be pretty high in calories.

If he is really trying to get bigger, tell him to eat anything and everything he can.

he should make his own shake, something like dis

1 cup of full fat milk + 1/2 cup oatmeal + 2tbsp PB + 1 scoop of protein

630 calorie drink (more calories if you add more oatmeal, another scoop of protein, maybe ice cream)

so ez to make a 1k cal shake

Any mass gainer would do the trick, but they're pretty overpriced and you could easily make one like Hboy posted and it will be a lot cheaper. Some people take spoonfuls of olive oil to get their calories/macros in for the day.

It really is whatever you can find to do the trick. I myself don't have a huge appetite so I eat a lot of poptarts/cliff bars and drink a lot of milk to hit my calories.

200g of peanuts daily is all he needs beyond he's current diet I think.

make sure it's unsalted, shit will give you unwanted effects.
