My last exam was yesterday. I have 4 months till the next year and in that time I want to bring my weight from 205 lbs to 190 lbs.

My diet plan staring monday is going to be

Cereal for breakfast,
Veggies for lunch,
Chicken, Brown Rice, and Broccoli for dinner,
And fruit for snacks.

Too light? Any suggestions or advice?

5 foot 8 inches and I'll be doing cardio 2-3 times a week for about an hour which will consist of biking or jogging.

lolketo.

How did keto become so popular? There is no way in hell I would ever drop carbs like that.

Yeah sure, I can agree with that. But why would you ever starve your body of carbs? It is by far one of the silliest things I have ever heard of. Not to mention it seems like it is hard as fuck to eat food that doesn't have carbs in it.
