Kidney Infection Supplements - Topic

Good day all!
For a severe Kidney infection, do you guys recommend any supplements?
The dr. prescribed antibiotics, so I've got some probiotics and prebiotics to help counter that. I am also thinking of upping my dose of K2.
Any suggestions to help speed recovery?

sleep and rest, eat 'well' (i can't tell you what to eat or somebody will post stupid jokes about drinking bleach etc.)

all the same sort of stuff you would do for any other sickness really -- pump in the antibiotics.

Sister has one currently

When she first go it, she was on a steroid for a month, then moved onto anti for a month

Now she just eating low sodium and not doing anything very physical
