Hi folks,
I've seen quite a few guys at my gym that are ripped as fuck, it's impressive. I've been told that they were on a keto diet (60% Fat, 35% Protein 5% Carbs, and 25g fiber).
I am just wondering if any of you have been on this and acquired lean gains through the process. It would be interesting to be shred while doing gains at the same time, especially since summer is coming

Not rly on topic but I read an abstract for evidence that exercise provides more benefit vs diet for general health and well being as measured by adipokine and blood lipid profiles as well as insulin sensitivity. That is to stay the the quality of one's exercise is more important than the quality of one's diet for longevity ( ive been telling my friends for years now and nobody believed me).

Also not claiming that people shouldn't eat right here, but you don't have to be anal about what you eat
