Is there any tips for helping me do these? I cannot get my left shoulder over my head with much weight anymore (right is fine)


ive tried taking time off and everything, but i think its just related to putting stress on my left shoulder over time (boxing jab and hook arm)

Sounds like it could be muscle imbalance; your right may be stronger than your left. Try doing some seated dumbbell OHP starting at low weight and working up until your left fails, then drop to the last weight you could handle for 8 reps with your left and work with that.
