the first whey powder i ever bought was some walmart stuff, tasted very bad and would never mix up fully, no matter how much i blended it. also saw they have that green arnold whey, which somebody posted a link that said it doesn't contain as much protein as the nutrition facts say.

/e i feel like i must spell this out; i have not done a laboratory based nutritional analysis of the arnold whey myself. but its walmart, they're not known for quality.
