Hey guys I am currently in the process of trimming down from my highest ever at 270 pounds which was after my freshman 25 at college.

I've been hitting the gym pretty regularly the past few months and over the summer prior to that to trim down to roughly 230-235 pounds right now.

Right now I can bench for 1 rep 285 maybe 300 on a good day, squat around 325 or 350, and dead lift some where around 400 (havent tried yet but have gotten close a few weeks ago)

I was just curious what you guys think about these numbers and what are some better numbers to shoot for!

some better numbers would be a number superior to the current number, try shooting for those

i recommend reaching 1337.swag total for all lifts, but its 4.20 today, so multiply that by 100 and youve got yourself a goal

fake edit, 4.20 was yesterday

If you guys arent being sarcastic, this is good to know. I've really only been lifting hard for a couple months now so theres plenty of room to improve this summer. I'll just keep working at it, thanks for your inputs.

when i was 235 i benched 365x7 and box squatted 550x5..deadlift was very very rare to have in a workout, and when it was, was basically added as an accessory (heaviest i went was 5 sets of 315x10)

edit: well, i was between 220 and 238 when those things happened, i don't remember the exact bodyweight when each occurred though
