I quit drinking cokes and caffeine a couple days ago. And I've been drinking them since I can remember.

But I'm very healthy in general. I lift weights, run, etc

But I'm having these symptoms yesterday and today of pure shit.
I have no energy, I feel really down, my neck is hurting like fuck almost to the point where it was hard to sleep, and I feel like I'm getting sick.

Are these normal symptoms? Is there anything I can do to help it?

I also feel a massive headache coming on...

I must've looked at the clock last night a 1000 times, tossing and turning, but I feel very awake? I'm actually concerned

I did the same thing as you a few weeks ago... Brain feels foggy and have a throbbing bad pain in the back of your head? Sounds like caffeine withdrawal.... I was in no mood to do anything and I didn't even want to talk to anyone.

Best advice if you stop cold turkey like I did, I just took tylenol which didn't really help, I just napped as much as possible even though it was fucking hell. Just gotta get through it... I had a migraine for 9 days straight and it sucked dick

I feel like caffeine has to be a weak withdrawal unless you're taking 600mg a day for months lol.

Just deal with the head aches, if it's too bad take an ibuprofen.

I mean you dont have to quit caffeine just cut back, and make any sources of caffeine NOT from soda, soda itself is just shit for you, coke being the worst one of all, get caffeine from coffee, or a pre workout, supplements of some sort.
