so lets say someone hits their macros and micros.
big portion of micros are from vitamin pills, multi vitamin and others
how bad would this be for their health?
if your blood pressure, and lipids are fine, can this be safe?
yeah maybe a bit high in sugar if like 75% of food is twinkies, cake, cookies, hamburgers, pizza, etc.
also if not obese and lifts weights regularly
will this really put much of a toll on internal organs and such?
any research to show that eating shit foods can hurt you, even if u are healthy on outside and lipids are fine?
basically asking if it can be healthy to do a dirty bulk and/or dirty cut? or would this really fuk u in the long run?
first off, you're developing bad habits which may stay with you for life... we know there are hundreds of potentially valuable nutrients in 'whole foods' which you won't get by eating processed foods.
also, many substances in food may be harmful (preservatives for fats, agents for texture, coloring agents and such for appeal, etc.) in large quantities.
I know you are gonna say "lol just like UV light lol. We are all going to die." Or even ask for some sort of high quality scientific review --- which is simply unethical to perform, but there are literally millions of articles online giving weight to the need to eat well to live longer...
and your blood pressure and cholesterol will be fine for now - you're like 15 years old lmao. Exercising can help remedy bp and lipids as you age.
tl;dr -- yeah it is likely bad. I wouldn't worry so much about calories from sugar as long as you're not getting fat, but more about the additional additives in processed foods and the lack of health-promoting nutrients.
