Well I'm fed up with becoming a scrawndawg (Rapdawg). I lost 9 lbs in the last 2 months, currently weigh 147 @ 5'10"... FML
I may or may not post progress pics...
I'm dealing with nerve damage, compressed disc, torn rotator cuff (but still have good range of motion, just hurts real bad), and degenerative knee bullshit...
I ain't no punk though.
White belts all day brah.
Anyone interested in following a progress thread if I make one?

Also I'm looking to get a good gainer that isn't 4 servings per container.

I should take measurements of my arms, legs, chest, dick, calves, neck, etc to see progress

good attitude. many would let injuries like that serve as an excuse for not exercising at all.

GL in reaching your goals and finding a solid routine that your injuries won't inhibit!

Deadlifts are so hard right now with my f'd up disc. I'm going kinda light right now to build muscle back up. Heat and Ice are my bff.

I would say that my back and shoulder are the worst pains that I have. I got cortisone shots in both knees and shoulder a few weeks ago. My knees felt great, so now I know what it feels like to not have that pain and grinding which seems to make it worse now. But really my shoulder is keeping me from getting the gains that I would like to see.
