Why the fuck do I even bother with personal training/powerlifting? I should just sell this bullshit to idiots over youtube and make thousands of dollars on ads...

I dont see the problem, its obviously not a bodybuilding workout, it is a workout created to burn some calories while having a little fun.

yea you will get muscle imbalances from doing a light 10 minute cardio workout, and you will destroy your joints with bodyweight movements.

Do I really need say more? You're doing nothing but wasting your time and energy by doing this. Not to mention the risks outweigh the benefits of something like this.

I just wasted another 30 seconds looking at his pictures, he has average size legs symmetrical with his average size upperbody, and i still dont see why you get so worked up about a cardio workout.

It's the responses that piss me off. They all talk about how great it is and how they "can't wait to do it."

When you hear people complain all day/every day about how "nothing works for them" and how they want to lose weight/look better/ be stronger/ etc and all they do is bullshit like this... how does this even remotely do anything for people?

This is just like Jazzercise. It doesn't work yet it's a multi-million dollar industry. Why do we continually sell bullshit to people? Get in the god damn gym and lift some weights. Everyone buys in on shit like this because they get a little sweaty and don't have to work very hard. Why not use your platform (10 million views on this video alone) and help people actually improve in some aspect of their life? This is more useless than Fox News.
