So I messed my ankle up on Thursday, and it hurt like a bitch.
It's swollen and bruised all around, but it has little pain when I walk on it.
Any ideas?

the sooner you start using it, the better
obviously this doesn't mean be a fucking idiot and go running
ankle rotations, light stretches etc, nothing that causes pain (discomfort and pain are not the same)

if it was thursday apply heat and just start mobilizing. dont load for a few weeks. looks like a moderate sprain
