Strength-wise I've stalled a bit, but that's because I'm at a caloric deficit while leaning out currently. Once the calories come back up in about 10 weeks I should be back to seeing good strength gains.

Can't really remember the last time I made a strength gain, but then again that's not my focus.

E: except C&J, but that's becuase I started introducing olympic lifts in my training routine just a couple of weeks ago.
