I read and hear mixed things about the sugar and carbs in fruit being either good or bad for weight loss.
I eat 10 bananas a day. I love them. They give me the fructose my brain craves and fill me up. They also keep me from eating candy and other garbage..

Is this bad? I entered in ten bananas on myfitness pal app and it showed 100g of sugar and tons of carbs. Plus 1000 calories (which is fine, my caloric intake is spot on)

Any tips would be appreciated.

Foods don't do what you just described.

Like i said.
The fructose is my main concern along with the carbs. It's not the same High-Fructose found in crap drinks/candy, which is why im struggling finding information if the fructose in fruit enters the blood in the same way...I have read different things from different sources saying that fructose in fruit is different than fructose that is processed into something.

Looking for some feedback. If you want to help, contribute! Asking me if i know what fructose is doesn't help me, no offense.

Refer to glycemic index
Bananas are nearly the same as pure sugar
Sugar is okay post workout and in the morning, however copious consumption may lead to diabetes.

Too much potassium, can lead to heart issues.
An inch of banana = 1MeQ of potassium

I would prefer you substitute with other carbohydrates.
Preparing brown rice and whole wheat pasta in bulk is very easy and keeps for a week in the fridge.

Good luck! - PharmD
