Golden ratio = 1.618

I measured my waist and shoulders today.

I got 31" waist and 47" shoulders

I'm about 3 inches short of achieving golden ratio status.

Alternatively I could shrink my waist another inch down to 30" then I only need 48" shoulders


On another note.. measured my chest: 40 inches. Fucking hell, my chest was 40" back in 2012, which is three years ago

My shoulders are a bit big on my body. I don't like it. lol

However, my dads shoulders probably weigh a good 60 lbs no joke. He just looks like a semi fat ex marine who stores fat on his back/shoulders

His legs probably weigh like 20 lbs a pop.
