I get bad headaches when I don't drink and I found that a solid hour of lifting in the early morning will keep them at bay all day. You will be tired but you won't hurt

maybe the answer isn't going cold turkey but reducing your caffeine intake by increments each day until you're at 0.
cheers

i think it's a little late to be tapering down caffeine intake when you've already gone 4 days without it...
you drank a lot of coffee? have you tried a cup of decaf? maybe there could be a placebo effect.

try the early morning workout thing I'm quite confident it will work. Even just a half hour run in the morning
