I know it has a ton of rice noodles and it's salty as hell. How bad actually is pho for you?

Besides a heinous amount of salt, not bad. Asian food is fairly good for you as a rule of thumb.

are you making it yourself or getting it at a restaurant? if the latter, it's about as bad as other restaurant food.

people are going to disagree on what "good" and "bad" mean... but yeah, they're whiteeeeee

it is a super quick and easy and tasty meals. but if you can't handle buckets full of carbs and a lot of sodium, then it isn't from you. It also is usually lacking plant matter and you there is little nutritional content aside from macronutrients.

the quality of the meat is questionable

can prob make anything tasty and healthy at home.

I had that a few times and even the meat will break up into a goo pretty quickly.

I would imagine it being something good to eat after a workout if you're not taking any kind of supps lol

Then pass out from all those carbs

i guess blood sugar levels and insulin spike then drop can affect energy

but idk about making u tired to such an excessive amount unless u have some condition
