what are some good accessories for the bench, dead, squat, ohp ??

im thinking:
bench - cg bp, lateral shoulder raises, tricep extensions (or skull crushers?), board press, db incline bp, pec flies?

squats - goblet squats, pause squats, front squats, single leg squats?

deadlift - heavy kettlebell swings, sumo dl, hip thrusters, deficit pulls, block pulls, bb rows?

ohp - db ohp, ??

going for strength predominately, but if there are exercises like pec flies that may enhance hypertrophy, then i'd like to keep them in.

Will be doing jason blaha's intermediate routine

For bench your accessory might be the sling shot. Others might prefer a spotter.

For dead lift your accessory will be a fat leather belt.

For squat... It could be a variety of items but many use a neck cushion or wedges or a dildo under your angus so you know not to get to deep for the perfect 1/4 squat.

Block pulls will feel more like a deadlift but yes.

Well if you have to ask that question it doesn't matter.

Pick one, stick with it for the entirety of your training block, then do the other exercise on the following block.

Although, I'd favor dips.
