Hey guise, I'm wondering if some of you may have had success with specific hip stretches and thoracic extensions stretches.
Lately my hips have gotten really tight and it's affecting my squat/deadlifts; however putting focus on a wider stance+toes pointing out more during back squats has helped. I've also had shoulder/neck/back problems due tightness on my mid-back, which seems to be an accumulation of different things including not stretching my neck/trap muscles like my physical therapist suggested.
I've been foam rolling for a bit now so it's getting better, but I'm wondering if you guys have any recommendations for exercises that may have worked for you that I could perhaps incorporate in what I do.
