it's fine in moderation.

all the flak probably comes from the fact that if you eat too much of it, you can get mercury poisoning. happened to a buddy of mine, he was eating 2-3 cans a day :bonk:

but this is due to the contents of the fish, not the fact it's canned.

something that's particularly high in mercury content... something like... tuna fish.

there's something in our kidneys that filters it out though. it's really only dangerous when you go from having 0 in your system to eating a buttload suddenly
