Alright, pretty sure I have gotten food poisoning, as I have 3 of the main symptoms. High(ish) fever, vomiting, and diarrhea .

Is there any remedy for this from like a CVS or something?

Thanks!

depends on how high your fever is and for how long you have had the fever and the symptoms in general.

is it just a regular watery diarrhea or is there anything in it?

was it from a specific food - could that food hold a toxin which is harmless to humans or is it self-limiting? (just say the food you suspect caused it -- if you don't know that's fine ... it might even just be viral gastroenteritis)

you can treat specific symptoms if it is safe to do so given information on any other medications you are taking, conditions you have, your risk of dehydration etc.

What is still bothering you? Speak to your pharmacist about:
Gravol for nausea is probably one of the best
Immodium for diarrhea
Tylenol for fever

not on any medication, suspect it was the two pieces of breakfast sausage from the local diner i ate for lunch at work.

It started this morning around 5am, only thing bothering me now is the diarrhea. I think I puked up most of what I could and I dont mind the fever, just listed it because its a symptom.

Just want to make sure I am not drained from the watery diarrhea as I have to work tomorrow and for the next week straight.

Drink lots of fluid and eat what you can. Try to get electrolytes in with your water

Food poisoning usually does not give you a fever, usually vomiting/diarrhea.
If there is a fever it's probably not going to last very long.
If it does then get it checked out.

fever/chills depend of the virulence of the organism you ingested and endotoxic release

If you're worried about feeling drained then keeping hydrated with a sugar beverage and some gastrolyte (from pharmacy) might help.
Start eating soft and easy foods like bananas and rice when ready.

Fever may not bother you but it is something that is quite risky. This is especially true if it is a high fever as you had previously indicated... you should measure it and may benefit from seeking attention/pharmaceuticals to reduce it depending on the reading.
It is a sign that something bad potentially toxin or something noxious has entered your system.

If the fever lasts or other symptoms develop, you'd want to see a doctor sooner rather than later my friend... :)

Food poisoning isn't THAT bad. I've had it 3-4 times.

Kinda shitty tho (nawimean?)

I just ride it out, you'll be fine in a day or 2. The biggest issue with it is dehydration.

Most people who get food poisoning think they have that "24hr flu" which doesn't actually exist. It's food poisoning.

Usually you'll shit and puke your guts out for up to 12 hrs, and then be in recovery mode for another 12 hrs. After a day it's back to normal mostly. Maybe a little drained or generally not 100% for another day.
