There are several exceptions of course, such as a very talkative and happy fat person won't often be seen in a negative light.
If you're going to socialize health care, you have to socialize having people look after themselves, so as not to create unnecessary drain on the system.
Fat/Unhealthy people have no right to complain in socialized or semi-socialized countries... let's see how well they'd hold up without all the free support they get.
