Moved to my own place can't afford a crossfit gym anymore , wanted to try new shit anyway was happy with my results from crossfit but I'm sure I'll put on a lot more strength body building . Which do you recomend 5/3/1 or hyperytophy ? Goals: strengthen my big 3 put on size, slowly put on weight ... Weigh 165lbs atm
Can't eat whatever carbs I want anymore :(

I'd suggesting ripping some 5/3/1 and build a good foundation before going into hypertrophy training but that's just my advice!
Lots of really good resources on the internet man! You can google the 5/3/1 PDF and choose an accessory program more fit towards bodybuilding.

5/3/1 is a much slower progression scheme and is meant for more advanced lifters but can be easily altered.

you can condense 1 training cycle from a month to about 2 weeks, and add in plenty of accessory work to still put on size.

obviously it'll be easier to pick one side and go for that, but the above will work well.. can try the BBB template with 5/3/1

If you want size do a hyper routine
If you want strength do a strength routine

As far as 5/3/1 I see no point as its slow progression

as long as you track progressive overload, obviously a hyp routine will be better.
ps you can integrate 531 with hypertrophy schemes.

Why don't you do 5x5 followed by a hypertrophy routine? Summer months give you plenty of time for it. That's what I'm gonna start soon
