I feel like my back is the weakest part of my body right now. I can't even do 1 pull-up wide grip. Can someone tell me what are some good exercises/workouts for back?

I've been Doin barbell rows, lateral pull downs, and that shit where u bring up the pole to ur groin area and the pole has weights, been doin a plate for that.

Pull ups or assisted if need be
Rows
T bar rows
Law pull downs
Dumbbell rows


And for reference, back when I lifted alot I could Deadlift 475ish, couldn't do a pull up either

you realize that your "back" isn't just one big muscle right? different exercises work different muscles.

is your goal pullups? if you have an assisted pullup machine, use it. helped me a lot. if you're at home, you can buy the pullup bar + assistance bands.

the photos you're miring are most likely of somebody with a fully trained back, which will come with doing full back workouts, but the V shape mostly comes from the lats

if that's what you want, wide grip pullups will be a really good thing to incorporate in your routine. focus on trying to do that by any means necessary (as others have said, assistance bands)

also, bent-over rows

can barely go up half way with wide grip pull ups.. but i still try to go up a lil

and i dont look at photos of ppl's backs
