I feel like my back is the weakest part of my body right now. I can't even do 1 pull-up wide grip. Can someone tell me what are some good exercises/workouts for back?
I've been Doin barbell rows, lateral pull downs, and that shit where u bring up the pole to ur groin area and the pole has weights, been doin a plate for that.
Deads
Pull ups or assisted if need be
Rows
T bar rows
Law pull downs
Dumbbell rows
And for reference, back when I lifted alot I could Deadlift 475ish, couldn't do a pull up either
