Losing fat in general is a prerequisite to losing stomach fat. Like I mentioned in your other topic go in a 10% calorie deficit (or more if you want to lose a lot of weight) and keep protein intake high

500 situps 3 times per day is the best way to lose fat on your stomach, all energy goes to the stomach so you lose MAXIMUM FAT.

Do this for 3 weeks ;)

Spot reduction doesn't exist. Losing stomach fat means losing weight. Sadly, your stomach fat is almost ALWAYS the last place your body holds fat.

Try and get your body fat tested, either by a friend or a nutrition store/gym/trainer.
Calculate your TDEE (http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/) and eat at a deficit.
As far as working out look for a beginner routine like SL 5x5 and try and do 10 minutes of HIIT each workout.


STOP.EATING.OUT.
