in my training i have a progressive squat (regular ones with barbell) set and a force sumo squat set right after
i was wondering if i was overdoing squats since its like 11 sets in a row
should i keep this set up or should i try switching the force squat set with a set of 15,12,8,8 bulgarian squats?
might sounds weird that i talk about doing bulgarian squat to replace the sumo squats but i was thinking that switching the force set which use a barbell with a squat thats uses dumbell would be a good idea + it isolate a lot more the quad area
