stats: 5' 9'' and roughly 166 lb
current goal: to jump higher so i can dunk a basketball (gain strength along the way ofc).
background: - been "lifting" for a while but i haven't gone anywhere due to my shit diet...
- i'm working with what I have since my diet is pretty poverty...eating mom's shit until i get a job. i get about 100-120 grams of protein a day MAX. don't know how much fat and carbs i get but my calories intake is pretty low.
- strongest i've been were 265 lb 3x5 squat, 365 lb 3x5 deadlift, and 185 lb bench at about 175 lb bw
Can anyone please give me an estimate of my bf?
what do you guys recommend?
i know in order to maximize my potential, i need to have a strong strength base first and ofc diet. being on a shit diet while on a strength routine is rendered useless but like i said, i'm working with what i can right now and it sucks. i have taken out some programs from the vertical jump bible. it's either VJB or rippetoe's since technically, i'm still a beginner based on my lifts.
