Seems like every other week my LEFT wrist is constantly sore, I don't do anything specific to my left I don't do to my right, infact I had a boxers fracture in my right hand when I was a teen and let it heal naturally and my right hand has never had an issue, unlike my left, it doesn't interfere with workouts too much to be honest, only time it is hinders me is when I'm doing forearm isolation exercises (wrist curls etc) and I can't get a full range of motion on the left hand....
tl;dr question: is there any exercises or something I can do to stop this from occuring every other week it seems?
