Hi, I'd like to say I am a 16 year old, Heighth is 5'10" and am looking to start losing fat and gaining muscle. I am in the gym everyday and morning (3 out of 5 days). I am posting this because I am looking for certain activities I can do throughout the gym to improve my speed, strength, endurance, and also lose weight. I am looking to get in the best shape possible.
I currently weigh 190 lbs (I weighed 215 as a fat freshman) so now I am looking for what the best things to eat, how many water bottles a day, and what times to eat/ drink everything.
I am giving 100-500fg to any jsper that can make me complete my goals.
Currently I want to lose fat but gain muscle and put on around 10-15 more pounds if possible.
Here are some of my lifting weight maxes for me.
Clean - 210
Bench - 225
Squat - 300 (haven't done max in forever)
Deadlift - 315 (Straight Bar) 405 (Hexagon Bar)
10 Pull ups
25 Dips
Fastest Mile : 7:38
I would also like a meal plan that will make me lose weight but gain muscle still.
My most important topic as well is what is the very best and fastest way to lose all body fat from head to toe and get a 6 pack.
I am also wanting to stay in the Gym for lifting activities.
