I did em tonight... threw 2 plates on the squat rack to warm up..did 6 reps and had to stop cuz light headed as fuck n almost passed out...

No I don't normally squat and yes theyre sore as fuck ha.

/e went to take a shit and had to hold the wall for support when I sat down.
