lol this is me too, my strength goes from like benching 165 all the way to benching 115 if i try to do 1 minute rests, how the fk u guys manage that? I usually do like 2 min rests O_O
better to lower weight and rest time, or keep rest time 90-120 secs and go with a heavier weight?
e/ this is probably one of those things that makes little difference, right?
