So recently my wife and I were making protein shakes using just regular chocolate protein powder and water/almond milk. Well we decided to change it up a bit and I now drink this for breakfast/after my morning workout.

1 Large cup of coffee (0 cal)
1 Scoop of Nature's Research Chocolate Protein (120 cal)
2 Tbsp peanut butter (190 cal)
1 tsp unsweetened natural cocoa (7 cal)

/e Blend with ice to cool down the coffee.

This is the most amazing thing ever...

Anyone else done something similar, or am I just behind the times?

I squeeze oranges with my bare hands, great grip strength exercise and a nice reward upon completion.

Tried the same with eggs, not that great of result.

Yea I do coffee + protein when I first wake up sometimes.

Then before work I have fruit and oats + pb + coconut and egg whites + salsa.

wait that's all you have for breakfast?

I usually have a banana, big ass bowl of shreddies and and a protein shake made with milk instead of water. Sometimes I have yogurt as well.

i agree coffee and protein powder tastes bad

i love coffee without protein though

Aid ground flax seed!! If u want more cals coconut oil is also awesome, u can throw spinach in for more fibre aswell! U don't even taste it
