i heard 9 shakes and u have 0.86% chance of making gold flakes appear and u drink it and become a greek god

at OP, do u mean different brands? either way, creatine is creatine, only minor differences in type of creatine, some have different dosages and times to take to be used in body.

CREATINE (C. monohydrate) preparations should not be substituted for equivalent doses of immediate-release (crystalline) creatine or creatinic acid. For patients switching from immediate-release creatine or creatinic acid to extended release CREATINE, therapy with CREATINE should be initiated with low doses (i.e., 500 mg qhs) and the dose should then be titrated to the desired therapeutic response. Cases of severe hepatic toxicity, including fulminant hepatic necrosis, have occurred in patients who have substituted sustained-release (modified-release, timed-release) CREATINE products for immediate-release (crystalline) creatine at equivalent doses.
