I've never done them. And I'm starting a new program that utilizes them a lot. But my gym is a La fitness and they don't have the varrying sizes called for.

1inch all the way up to 6 inch


My question is has anyone just stacked plates before to imitate block pulls? If so does it work well?

Yes but i'd put some kind of hard mats on the plates so it doesn't break.
