I just recently switched from basic bodybuilding routine to P/P/L/Off repeating
Between the dates of 1/26-3/10 I was doing around 80 minutes a week of LISS.
6'2, 23 y/o
1/26/15 - 201.2
2/2/15 - 199
2/9/15 - 198.6
2/16/15 - 195.8
2/23/15 - 199.6 - after my sisters wedding where I drank and ate without counting macros
3/2/15 - 198.8
3/10/15 - 196.4
3/16/15 - 197
I've changed changed my macros two times reducing roughly 250 calories total.
Current Macros: 62F/252C/167P - 2,240 calories
I count everything daily and I haven't had a cheat day since my sister's wedding.
I don't feel as if I'm losing weight the way I should be based on my performance.
The scale isn't moving the way I'd expect it to given I'm almost 2 months into a cut.
I am noticeably losing fat, keeping strength but I'd figure the scale would reflect that.
My lifting routine rotates heavy with intensity.
As of yesterday, I've completely removed LISS and replaced it with HIIT twice a week.
Any suggestions on how to proceed?
Isn't the end goal to lose fat??
Who cares what the scale says if you are noticeably losing fat while maintaining strength, seems like a successful cut to me so far.
I'd continue what your doing imo.
