each time i do squat on the squat rack instead of the Smith machine
i feel a lot of pain coming from the lower back
i think its either my form that is incorrect or that i put too much weight for my lower back
i want to up the weight on my squats but this problem limit me because i think i will injure my self if i up the weight i do on squats

Work on strengthening your core/overall flexibility and mastering form with light weight.

i think this sounds like really solid advice

a good workout for strengthening deep core muscle and stabilizer muscles are weighted planks. theyre one of my least favorite exercises to do, but there's no other workout like it

Do not use smith machine to try to correct your back squat form, lol. Use lighter weight and post a video
