I've recently started having trouble feeling full after meals now. I'm drinking adequate amounts of water, but are there any snacks or foods you suggest to help feel full during/after a meal?

Rocket lollies or equivalent ice lollies with only colour flavourings. They are basically 0 cals and fill you up...sounds weird but it works

It's called a deficit as in less than needed.

So u can't expect to always feel full. Get used to it

try eating more lean and non-oily fish, like tuna (an example of fatty and oily fish on the other hand would be salmon)

it's healthy, low-calorie for a protein, and of course like all meat, will satisfy appetite. on the downside, fresh tuna can be expensive.

/e a better and cheaper option would be tilapia
