Do you have to get used to a almost like pinching feel from the belt ? Because as soon as I strap it on and start the squats it starts bothering me .. Is that normal ?
Here's the belt

It may not be comfortable, but it should not hurt. I have a really short torso so my 4" belt is pretty damn big for me so I do occasionally feel it pushing into me during deads/squats at bottom position but if you take a nice deep breath and push out harder it should be okay.

Also, make sure it's not TOO tight. You should be able to fit your hand between the belt and your stomach before taking a deep breath.
